Tarmac is one of the leading suppliers of aggregates and offers products and services for the construction industry in Germany. Tarmac’s main business is in the UK. Apart from Poland and Germany Tarmac is also present in France, Spain, the Czech Republic, Romania and other countries.
Tarmac’s products involve natural and recycled aggregates, asphalt, ready mix concrete, mortar and floor, concrete products, pavers, cement and lime. These products are used in all areas of life: in road and rail networks, in our houses, hospitals, schools, and commercial buildings but also in further processed products, such as animal feed and toothpaste. In addition, Tarmac offers construction services for challenging construction projects in the public and private sectors.

Tarmac Baustoffe Deutschland (Tarmac Aggregates Germany) comprises three businesses with altogether 14 sites which sell ca. 8 million tons of mineral aggregates per year. The businesses are Tarmac Deutschland GmbH, Lausitzer Grauwacke GmbH and Sand + Kies Union GmbH Berlin-Brandenburg
